La entrega de las habitaciones a clientes se hará a partir de las 14h. la salida del Hotel será antes de las 12h. Consulte la disponibilidad de Late Check-out. Disponemos de vestuarios de uso gratuito para clientes.
Horarios de restaurante: Desayuno de 8:30 a 11:00. Almuerzo a partir de las 14 h. Cena a partir de las 21 h Se realiza tratamientos termales en el balneario le recomendamos traer bañador y chancletas. En los programas termales con alojamiento el uso del albornoz y gorro está incluido en el precio.
a) Cambios, Anulaciones y Pago al realizar la Reserva.

Tarifa FLEXIBLE:
Esta tarifa le permite realizar cambios y anulaciones según la siguiente tabla. El importe pagado al realizar la reserva será del 50% del importe total de la misma. La reserva no quedará confirmada hasta que se reciba dicho importe. La fecha de referencia tanto para cambios como para anulaciones será la fecha de llegada al Balneario en la reserva original realizada por el cliente.

- ENTRE 2-5 DÍAS ANTES DE LA LLEGADA. 20% DEL TOTAL DE LA RESERVA

Tarifa ECONÓMICA:
Esta tarifa garantiza el mejor precio disponible pero no permite ni cambios ni anulaciones. El importe pagado al realizar la reserva será del 100% del importe total de la misma. La reserva no quedará confirmada hasta que se reciba el importe total de dicha reserva.
b) Desistimiento por el Consumidor-Usuario durante la estancia:
El consumidor tiene el derecho a desistir del servicio contratado una vez iniciada la estancia, pero no podrá reclamarla devolución de las cantidades entregadas y continuará obligado a abonar las que estén pendientes de pago.
c) Cesiones
El Contratante principal o el beneficiario podrá ceder su reserva a una tercera persona que reúna todas las condiciones requeridas para el mismo, comunicándolo por escrito con una antelación mínima de 3 días antes de la fecha de salida.
La persona que cede su reserva y el cesionario responderán solidariamente del pago del saldo del precio.
d) Llegada al Hotel Balneario Paracuellos de Jiloca
El Hotel Balneario Paracuellos de Jiloca mantendrá hasta las 22:00 todas las reservas. En el caso de que se espere llegar al Hotel con posterioridad a esta hora, el cliente deberá avisar al Hotel de la hora aproximada de llegada para que éste conserve la validez de la reserva.

Rooms will be available to guests from 2:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed before 12:00 noon. Please enquire about late check-out availability. Free changing rooms are available for guests.
Restaurant hours:
Breakfast from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Dinner from 9:00 p.m.
Spa treatments are provided at the balneario; we recommend bringing a swimsuit and flip-flops. For spa programs including accommodation, the use of a bathrobe and cap is included in the price.
a) Changes, Cancellations and Payment at the Time of Booking

FLEXIBLE Rate:
This rate allows changes and cancellations according to the table below. A payment of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation. The booking will not be confirmed until this payment is received. The reference date for both changes and cancellations will be the arrival date at the Balneario as stated in the original booking made by the client.

PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: 50% of the total amount. The remaining balance must be paid at the Balneario.

This rate guarantees the best available price but does not allow changes or cancellations. The amount charged at the time of booking will be 100% of the total booking amount. The booking will not be confirmed until full payment has been received.
b) Withdrawal by the Consumer-User During the Stay
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contracted service once the stay has begun; however, they may not claim a refund of any amounts already paid and will remain obliged to pay any outstanding amounts.
c) Assignment
The main contracting party or the beneficiary may assign their booking to a third party who meets all the required conditions, provided this is communicated in writing at least 3 days prior to the departure date.
The person assigning the booking and the assignee shall be jointly and severally liable for payment of the outstanding balance.
d) Arrival at Hotel Balneario Paracuellos de Jiloca
Hotel Balneario Paracuellos de Jiloca will hold all reservations until 10:00 p.m. If arrival at the hotel is expected after this time, the guest must inform the hotel of the approximate arrival time so that the reservation remains valid.
